Description The opportunity As a Zero Harm Manager you are vital in ensuring safety is at the front of everyone’s mind. Leading a team, you will have the opportunity to mentor, support and develop the safety initiative within the Metering business across Australia. This is a full-time permanent role that can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role will support the people who service, maintain and install critical infrastructure to our community. What we’re looking for You will drive a positive Zero Harm culture through accurate technical advice and support. This role will allow you to enhance the business’ safety maturity and partner with Operations to own safety, ensuring workforce behaviours allow our teams to thrive whilst performing work successfully with no harm to the people, communities or environments in which we work. Prior experience in a Safety leadership role within a large project environment. Exposure to high-risk industries, preferably construction, infrastructure or utilities. Minimum Certificate IV in WHS, Diploma / Degree qualification in WHS. Lead ICAM incident investigation (desirable). Auditing qualifications (advantageous). Ability to build and sustain collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships.
